The country of Ruthenia
Ruthenia is the largest country in Amasia, and also one of the most powerful, acting as the leading country of Proxima. Despite this, its land is war-torn and its people live in poor conditions. It has a strong, oppressive military presence and harsh winters, making for a relatively unappealing location. It is descended from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. There is a concentrated level of Sephraim-bloods here, and Ruthenia’s army takes great interest in them.
